Do you offer a warranty?

At this time we do not offer a warranty on our items. However we are always available if there is a problem with your furniture and it is due to our building process or finishes. We will do our best to fix the problem at hand.

What are your lead times?

Lead times are a fluid situation as it changes from time to time. We try to keep our lead times around 8-12 weeks from time of deposit. Please ask when placing your order.

Do you offer shipping?

We Do offer shipping. Local shipping to the DFW area ranges from $200-$500 depending on the size and quantity of items. Out of City and State shipping is on a case by case bases. Please inquire for details. All items are available for pickup at no charge from our Rowlett warehouse.

Do you refinish furniture?

We do offer refinishing work. However it is a tedious process and we are transparent about pricing. Typically it is cheaper to buy new furniture than it is to refinish an item. So we recommend only doing this if the furniture piece has some sort of significant value to you. Feel free to reach out to us to inquire about this type of work .
