Robert Franco
He began his work in furniture design in 2012 as a solo furniture builder before opening The Franco Company in 2015. Born and raised in Pearland, Texas, and eventually making his way to Dallas where he got his creative roots going. As a traveling musician he learned the styles and culture of different areas not knowing that it would help him down the road. After retiring the music scene he began interest in the furniture industry. He began to teach himself how the trade worked and operated. Slowly learning and taking notes from other companies and trying to figure out what was missing and what he could offer. The industry was sitting in the area of cheap and convenient. He wanted to offer the quality and the pride that came in furniture from the 60’s. Made in the USA, custom ordered, solid wood construction. He has built the company from the ground up and hopes to keep growing to one day be on the forefront, and the leader of furniture design.
Garrett Padgett
In charge of shop management and quality control. Garrett has played a major role in the production of our biggest orders. His his ability to plan, organize and execute makes him a valuable asset to our company.
Robert Obregon
In charge of all steel productions since 2017, he brings design elements and solutions to all of our builds. Custom fabricating table bases, wall partitions, sliding door hardware, and art design.
